We will deliver your order to your living room on time. Then we will assemble it for you. If you wish, we can also take your old sofa with us.
You can try out your new Livom sofa at home for 30 days to convince yourself of the quality.
Our aim is for you to feel completely comfortable on your new sofa. If you realize within the first 30 days that it doesn't quite suit you after all, we offer you an uncomplicated return option.

So ein Hocker mit Stauraum ist eine super Idee, der Hocker sieht auch gut aus, ist bequem und passt auch perfekt zum zuvor gekauften Sofa. Aber: die Öffnung zum Stauraum-Fach ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, die Abdeckung sollte weiter zu öffnen sein. Größe Dinge passen so gar nicht rein, nach kleineren Dingen muss man blind, mit einer Hand tastend suchen, um sie wieder zu finden. Da der Stauraum für mich der Grund für den Kauf war, gibt's von mir dafür 2 Sterne Abzug!
Wir haben einen kleinen Hocker bestellt und sind mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden.

Der Livom Hocker in Rot ist ein absoluter Hingucker im Wohnzimmer. Seine Sitzhöhe ist perfekt, seine Ausführung ebenfalls.
Wow! Das Einkaufen hat Spaß gemacht, die Lieferung war schnell und der Aufbau durch sehr nette Menschen in kürzester Zeit erfolgt! Ganz toll! Wir freuen uns über unsere neuen "Mitbewohner" und viele schöne Kombinationen mit diesen wunderbaren Einztelteilen in verschiedenen Farben❤️
Der Besuch des Showrooms in Köln war ein echtes Einkaufserlebnis. Wir hatten wirklich viel Spaß. Unsere Zwischenfragen bis zur Bestellung wurden umgehend und professionell beantwortet. Die Spedition hat uns allerdings etwas kalt erwischt, da einen Tag vor Lieferung der Anruf kam. Auch dies war kein Problem, da wir kurzerhand auf ein neues Lieferdatum umplanen konnten.
Wir lieben unser neues Sofa! Bis heute keinen Cent bereut.
Der Ottomane bietet genügend Stauraum - auch ein lohnenswerter Kauf.

You can easily have a swatch of your favorite colors and fabrics sent to your home. Here you can go to your fabric sample.
On this product page there is certainly a switch further up "Dimensions & Instructions". There you will find the dimensions and other details about your sofa.
Our Velcro fasteners hold bombproof! The elements are connected to each other on the underside with the robust Velcro strips. With a flick of the wrist, the Velcro strips can be removed again when the sofa needs to be repositioned. Then simply "stick" them back together and you're done!
Personalized sofas are not returnable. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it differs from the standard variant on Livom's website or has been configured with the configurator. Examples are different colors, changed sizes or individual compositions.
