Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (Section 13 BGB).
Cancellation policy
For the sofa product group, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. For all other products (except personalized products), the statutory return period of fourteen days applies.
Personalized furniture and replacement covers cannot be returned. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard version on the Livom website. Examples include different colors, different sizes or any individual combinations in the configurator.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (livom möbel ag, de@livom.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract in writing (e.g. by e-mail). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by e-mail).
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you. The refund will be made as soon as the product has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked for possible damage.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You can arrange for the goods to be returned yourself or, if you wish, have them returned by livom möbel ag for the sofas product group, for which the actual collection costs of the forwarding agent will be charged, up to a maximum of EUR 300.00. Please inform customer service at de@livom.com if you would like us to collect the goods.
Products that are delivered by parcel post must be returned or handed over by the customer at his own expense immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of damaged returns from the refund value.

Unfortunately, we cannot grant a right of return on demonstration models and outlet products (B-goods).

The necessary connectors are included and ensure that the modules remain securely in place during everyday use. At the same time, the modules can be easily separated, allowing you to rearrange your sofa effortlessly at any time.
