Free delivery for furniture

The delivery of your sofas is free of charge, provided that access can be guaranteed without additional effort and costs.

Since we always work with our motto of sustainability, we cannot take into account your desired appointments, but try to include this in our route planning.

An appointment for delivery will be communicated by phone at the latest a week in advance. Shouldn't the appointment go for you a new appointment will be included in the next route planning.

If the delivery date, which has been agreed with the freight forwarder, is not perceived and/or not canceled 24 hours ahead, the drive costs of € 250 are due. A new delivery date is only agreed after the activation costs are paid.

Shipping costs up to € 500

We send free of charge from € 500. Below we charge € 10 for shipping.

30 days of return rights to sofas

Livom Möbel AG grants the customer the right to return a sofa within 30 days. The pick -up is organized by Livom and is free of charge for the customer.

Personalized furniture is excluded from a return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard variant on the Livom website. Different colors, changed sizes or individual compilations are considered example.

Intermediate storage of your sofas

We ask for your understanding that we can accept orders for a maximum of 3 months before the desired delivery date. Unfortunately, a longer interim storage is not possible.
