Delivery
The delivery of the goods is generally made via a freight forwarder. The delivery period is usually 5 to 8 weeks if the respective product is not written differently. This information is without guarantee.
The delivery of your sofas is free of charge, provided that access can be guaranteed without additional effort and costs.
If an article in the range is not available in exceptional cases, we will inform you of this as soon as possible via email. In such cases, of course, no further shipping costs are charged when delivering.

Terms of payment
The following payment options are available to you:
Purchase on account (we reserve the right to carry out a credit check), PayPal and credit card (via Stripe). We also reserve the right to offer advance payment by bank transfer.

We have two trees plant for each of our products. Here an amount is passed on to OneTreeplanted and any other tree partners every month. 30 days of return rights to sofas
The LIvom Möbel AG If the customer admits the right to return a sofa within 30 days. The pick -up is organized by Livom and is free of charge for the customer.
Personalized furniture is excluded from a return. A sofa is considered personalized as soon as it deviates from the standard variant on the Livom website. Different colors, changed sizes or individual compilations are considered example.

Livom Möbel AG undertake to carefully edit your customer data and observe the provisions of the relevant data protection laws. In particular, no data is passed on to third parties. However, no liability can be assumed for the safety of the data transmitted on the Internet.
