Your order will be delivered and set up directly to your home by our delivery team - free of charge!

1. We receive your order
As soon as we receive your order, we'll do a happy dance. Then we'll get started and prepare the delivery.

2. A delivery date is agreed
We will contact you as soon as your sofa has been received by our shipping company to arrange a delivery date with you.

3. We deliver your Order
We'll deliver your order right to your living room. We'll then assemble it for you. If you wish, we'll even take your old sofa with us.

4. We plant two trees
Now you can relax on your new sofa and, as promised, we will plant two trees for your order.

Our hook-and-loop fasteners hold rock solid! The elements are connected to each other on the underside with robust hook-and-loop strips. The hook-and-loop fasteners can be removed in a flash if the sofa needs to be repositioned. Then simply reattach them, and you're done!

Personalized sofas are non-refundable. A sofa is considered personalized if it differs from the standard version on the Livom website or has been configured using the configurator. Examples include different colors, changed sizes, or customized combinations.
