While it was initially livom's basic values and concept that convinced us, it is now also the service orientation, delivery punctuality and installation service! Un regret : lors de ma transformation en couchage les deux modules de plaçant devant le canapé deux places ne peuvent être fixés et glissent parfois durant la nuit.

Le dialogue avec Livim est simple et aimable. Un esprit jeune dans chichi.

Deux détails sont à déplorer : une absence de dialogue en amont de la livraison dont l'annonce est faite par le livreur quelques jours à l'avance seulement et sans aucune possibilité d'échanger en français ou en anglais.

L'impossibilité de négocier la date de livraison en cas d'absence.

Last but not least, il serait bien que Livom adapte sa communication e-mail selon la langue des acheteurs comme cela est fait d'ailleurs sur le site internet. Dans tous les cas je suis ravi de mon achat.

Le sofa Mandy est super. Couleur parfaite, il a l'air solid et bien construit. C'est une bonne idée de pouvoir commander des échantillons de tissus pour ne pas avoir de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. La livraison était au top avec des livreurs courtois et efficaces et dans les temps annoncés (6-8semaines).

Order process, delivery, service and couch top. Very satisfied with all. Have looked at various models in the showroom in Cologne, that has facilitated our decision to buy a couch online. But also sending the fabric samples were very helpful in the decision-making process.

The sofa was delivered in the specified period. It looks great and is very comfortable.

I like the couch very much, also the idea to put 3 seat variants with the modules. The fabric is great, seems well made and sturdy, the color I imagined the same. The seat feeling is good, comfortable, not too soft. I find it a pity that you can not "connect" / fix the front parts with the 2-seater in the "double bed" variant. I thought that would be somehow solved with "Velcro" (I had read something on the Internet). Problematic is namely that the modules slip away in part, depending on how you lie on it.
Delivery was also good, employees of the shipping company very friendly, have carried all parts to the 2nd floor.
Could improve in customer service that in case of delivery delays (12 instead of 5 to 8 weeks) an early notice is sent to customers. For my part, I asked 2 times. This would improve the otherwise friendly and straightforward customer service. It is questionable how sustainable it is to transport the couch from Slovenia to NRW, Düsseldorf and "back" to RLP ;-) if necessary, transport routes can be optimized. I am glad that I have not bought "Chinaware" and for that I like to spend a few euros more, in the hope to have long joy in my couch.

The sofa is very comfortable and looks good. The delivery has worked very well. Only the updates regarding the delivery date on the part of Livom have not worked.

We are absolutely happy! The color is amazing. Fabric and workmanship top. It is only just a week with us in the living room, but so far everything to our satisfaction.
